The Placer softball team will be holding its annual youth softball clinic on Saturday, March 7th at the Skyridge Elementary School fields. If raining please refer to the team website at www.placersoftball.com on the 6th for current information on the clinic status.The back-up date for the clinic is Saturday, March 20st. The clinic will run from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will cost $25. Registration will begin at 12:00 p.m.

The clinic will be for youth ages 6-13, but all ages are welcome. Players will be grouped into similar age categories as they are rotated through a series of stations designed to teach various softball skills and drills. Drills will be designed to meet each age group. This year there will also be specialized instruction for catchers and pitchers. The stations will be run by the Placer Softball players and coaches.

Kids will receive a Placer Softball Skills Clinic T-shirt with their registration. There will also be other Placer materials available at the gate.
